Signing a contract with the Contractor of the investment „Thermo-modernization of public buildings of the Skała Commune” under the project „Thermo-modernization of public utility buildings and installation of solar plants on public facilities of the Skała Commune”
On July 18 this year a contract was concluded between the Skała commune and the „Paso” Sośnierz Paweł commercial and service company, ul. Miechowska 77, 32-340 Wolbrom – Contractor of the investment under the name „Thermal modernization of public buildings of the Skała commune”. This investment is carried out as part of the project „Thermo-modernization of public utility buildings and installation of solar installations on public facilities of the Skała Commune”. As part of the contract, the Contractor will perform thermomodernization of six public buildings:
Primary School in Szczodrkowice,
Primary School in Cianowice,
Kindergarten in Skala,
Primary School in Smardzowice,
School Administration Building of the Skała Commune,
Primary School in Minoga.
The project „Thermal modernization of public utility buildings and installation of solar installations on public facilities of the Skała Commune” is co-financed from the Financial Mechanism of the European Economic Area 2009-2014 under the Operational Program PL04 „Energy saving and promotion of renewable energy sources”.
The scope of thermo-modernization in individual facilities:
Primary School in Szczodrkowice:
– insulation of the flat roof with mineral wool granulate 250 mm thick under pressure – 229 m2, – modernization of the internal central heating installation, – construction of a wristband around the building, – land cleaning and debris removal,
– execution of the as-built inventory of the facility,
– replacement and assembly of the lightning protection system,
– replacement of radiator valves for thermostatic – 31 pieces,
– replacement of the existing heat source – gas boiler and installation of a condensing gas boiler with a minimum power of 30 kW with accessories,
– insulation of building partitions (external walls) with styrofoam panels – 371 m2,
Primary School in Cianowice:
– insulation of the building partitions (external walls) with styrofoam panels – 911 m2,
– ceiling insulation with styrofoam boards – 368 m2,
– replacement and installation of PVC windows – 40 m2,
– modernization of the internal CO installation,
– replacement of radiator valves for thermostatic – 49 pieces,
– making the band around the building,
– replacement and assembly of the lightning protection system,
– cleaning up the area and removing debris,
– execution of the as-built inventory of the facility.
Kindergarten in Skala:
– insulation of the building partitions (external walls) with polystyrene panels – 527 m2,
– insulation of the flat roof with mineral wool granulate 250 mm thick under pressure – 447 m2,
– replacement and assembly of PVC windows – 10.64 m2,
– replacement and assembly of aluminum doors – 3.69 m2,
– replacement and assembly of steel doors – 9.11 m2,
– modernization of the internal CO installation,
– replacement of radiator valves for thermostatic – 34 pieces,
– modernization of the CWU internal installation,
– making the band around the building,
– replacement and assembly of the lightning protection system,
– cleaning up the area and removing debris,
– execution of the as-built inventory of the facility.
Primary School in Smardzowice:
– insulation of building partitions (external walls) with expanded polystyrene panels – 400 m2,
– ceiling insulation with styrofoam panels – 198 m2,
– replacement of the existing heat source and assembly of a 25-kW gas-fired condensing boiler with accessories,
– modernization of the internal CO installation,
– replacement of radiator valves for thermostatic – 23 pieces,
– replacement of existing radiators with three-plate heaters – 23 sets,
– making the band around the building,
– replacement and assembly of the lightning protection system,
– cleaning up the area and removing debris,
– execution of the as-built inventory of the facility.
Primary School in Minoga:
– insulation of the building partitions (external walls) with polystyrene panels – 572 m2,
– ceiling insulation with styrofoam panels – 164 m2,
– replacement and assembly of glazing – 4.16 m2,
– replacement and assembly of PVC windows – 17 sq m,
– modernization of the internal CO installation,
– replacement of radiator valves for thermostatic – 34 pieces,
– making the band around the building,
– replacement and assembly of the lightning protection system,
– cleaning up the area and removing debris,
– execution of the as-built inventory of the facility.
School Administration Building of the Skała Commune:
– insulation of the building partitions (external walls) with polystyrene panels – 541 m2,
– insulation of the flat roof with mineral wool granulate 250 mm thick under pressure – 409 m2,
– replacement and assembly of PVC windows – 23.8 m2,
– replacement and assembly of aluminum doors – 3.69 m2,
– replacement and assembly of steel doors – 9.11 m2,
– modernization of the internal CO installation,
– replacement of radiator valves for thermostatic – 48 pieces,
– making the band around the building,
– replacement and assembly of the lightning protection system,
– cleaning up the area and removing debris,
– execution of the as-built inventory of the facility.
