II Information Conference summarizing the project „Thermo-modernization of public utility buildings and installation of solar installations on public facilities of the Skała Commune”
On March 22, 2017 at 13.00 in the building of the Sports and Entertainment Arena in Skala, ul. Ks. St. Połetka 34 was the second information conference summarizing the project „Thermo-modernization of public utility buildings and installation of solar plants on public facilities of the Skała Commune”.
The second information conference was carried out as part of the promotion of the project entitled „Thermo-modernization of public utility buildings and installation of solar installations on public utilities of the Skała Commune” co-financed from the Financial Mechanism of the European Economic Area 2009-2014 under the Operational Program PL04 „Energy saving and promotion of renewable energy sources”.
The conference is part of the work carried out as part of the promotion of the above project, i.e.
1) Information conferences:

2) Execution of posters and leaflets:
a) Posters and leaflets,
b) Posters and leaflets.
3) Implementation of a virtual walk through six public buildings of the Skała Commune
The conference was attended by Mr. Tadeusz Durłak – Mayor of the City and Commune of Skała, Ms. Jolanta Penkala – Chairwoman of the City Council in Skala, Councilors of the City Council in Skala, Representatives of public buildings covered by the project, ie Directors of Primary Schools in the Skała Commune, Director of Schools Administration of Skała Commune . The representatives of the Skała City and Commune Office, Director of the Culture, Sports and Recreation Center, and the Sports and Entertainment Center Manager, representative of the Contractor of the „PASO” company, who completed the task „Thermo-modernization of public buildings of the Skała Commune” within the framework of the „Thermomodernization” project, also honored the attendees with their presence at the Conference. public utility buildings and assembly of photovoltaic installations on public utilities of the Skała Commune „.
The 2nd Information Conference was held in accordance with the Conference program included in the invitations and on the home page of the Skała Commune www.skala.pl. The conference was opened by the Mayor of the Town and Commune of Skała Tadeusz Durłak, who welcomed the guests, told about the stages of the project „Thermo-modernization of public buildings and installation of solar plants on public facilities of the Skała Commune” and expressed his satisfaction with the results achieved so far thanks to the implementation of the project .
The next speaker was Ms. Patrycja Zielińska – representative of the VIS-Media company, specialist in the promotion of projects related to thermo-modernization co-financed from the EEA funds, which reminded the most important information about funds of the EEA Financial Mechanism: what are their beneficiaries, what are they rules of granting funds, priority areas of these funds. The guests also received information on the Program PL04 „Saving energy and promoting renewable energy sources”. From this Program, the Skała Community received funding for the implementation of the above-mentioned project. The whole topic discussed was presented in the form of a multimedia presentation. The content of the presentation was printed and attached as a conference material along with other materials promoting EEA funds available to guests during the Conference. Program PL04 „Saving energy and promoting renewable energy sources”. Mrs Patrycja discussed the objectives and objectives of the project „Thermo-modernization of public utility buildings and installation of solar plants on public facilities of the Skała Commune”. She reminded about the conclusion of an agreement between the Skała commune and the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management under the project „Thermomodernization of public utility buildings and installation of solar plants on public facilities of the Skała Commune” and the scope of works envisaged in the project. As part of the project implementation, agreements were signed for:
execution of an investment under the name „Thermal modernization of public utility buildings of the Commune of Skała” with the Trade and Service Company „Paso” Sośnierz Paweł from Wolbrom – 18 July 2016,
delivery and installation of 4 photovoltaic installations for public buildings of the Skała Commune, ie. Primary School in Minoga, Primary School in Cianowice, Local Government Kindergarten in Skala, School Administration Administration of Skała Commune with A & B Solarcompany Sp. Z o.o. From Poznań – February 24, 2017.
During the Conference, the presentation discussed the scope of work, presented some technical information on the implementation of 4 photovoltaic installations, pictures of buildings before and after thermo-modernization were shown, as well as photos of installed solar modules. The effects of the work could be seen on posters and leaflets being part of the meeting. After the coffee break, a virtual walk around six public buildings was presented – a link to the Walk will appear soon on the official website of the Skała Municipality. After the substantive part, there was a discussion among the guests and thanks from the Lord Mayor and representatives of the Schools and Administration for the Contractors of the investments covered in the above mentioned project.
