I Information conference opening the project „Thermo-modernization of public utility buildings and installation of solar installations on public facilities of the Skała Commune”
On November 25, 2016 at 12.00 in the building of the Sports and Entertainment Arena in Skala at ul. Ks. St. Połetka 34, the first information conference opening the project „Thermo-modernization of public utility buildings and installation of solar plants on public facilities of the Skała commune” was held.
The first information conference was carried out as part of the promotion of the project entitled „Thermo-modernization of public utility buildings and installation of solar installations on public utilities of the Skała Commune” co-financed from the Financial Mechanism of the European Economic Area 2009-2014 under the Operational Program PL04 „Energy saving and promotion of renewable energy sources”.
The conference is part of the work carried out as part of the promotion of the above project, i.e.

3) Implementation of a virtual walk through six public buildings of the Skała Commune
The conference was attended by Mr. Tadeusz Durłak – Mayor of the City and Commune of Skała, Mr. Tadeusz Boroń – Secretary of the Skała Community, Mrs. Jolanta Penkala – Chairwoman of the City Council in Skala, Mrs. Ewa Leśniak – Vice-President of the City Council in Skala, Mr. Krzysztof Kasperczyk – Vice-Chairman of the Council, Councilors City Council in Skala, Representatives of public buildings covered by the project, ie Directors of Primary Schools in the Commune of Skała, Director of Schools Administration of the Skała Commune. The representatives of the Skała City and Commune Office, Director of the Culture, Sport and Recreation Center, representatives of the Contractor of the „PASO” company realizing the task „Thermo-modernization of public buildings of the Skała Commune” under the project „Thermo-modernization of public buildings” and installation of photovoltaic installations on facilities, also honored the attendance of the Conference. public utility of the Skała Commune. ”

The first information conference took place in accordance with the conference program on the invitations and on the home page of the Skała Commune www.skala.pl. At the beginning, Tadeusz Durłak, the mayor of the Town and Commune of Skała, welcomed the guests, talked about the stages of the project „Thermomodernization of public buildings and installation of solar plants on public facilities of the Skała Commune” and expressed his satisfaction with the results achieved so far thanks to the implementation of the project. Then Mrs. Patrycja Zielińska – representative of the VIS-Media company, specialist in the field of project promotion related to Thermo-modernization co-financed from the EEA funds, discussed the funds of the EEA Financial Mechanism and PL04 Program „Saving energy and promoting renewable energy sources”. From this Program, the Skała Community received funding for the implementation of the above-mentioned project. The whole topic discussed was presented in the form of a multimedia presentation, the content of which was printed and attached as a conference material along with other materials promoting EEA funds available to guests during the Conference. From the presentation, guests could learn what EEA grants and Norwegian funds are, what beneficiary countries are, what are the rules for granting funds, priority areas for these funds. The guests also received information on the PL04 Program „Energy saving and promotion of renewable energy sources”, ie what are the objectives of the Program, who is the Program Operator and what tasks it performs, the Program support areas, the scope and principles of co-financing. After the coffee break, in the second part, Mrs. Patrycja discussed the objectives and objectives of the project „Thermo-modernization of public utility buildings and installation of solar plants on public facilities of the Skała Commune”. From the presentation, the gathered guests learned about the funds co-financed by the project, what is the estimated total cost of its implementation, what amount of funding was granted to the Municipality of Skała, what works the project assumes in individual public buildings and when the entire project should be completed.
They were presented, among others pictures of buildings before thermomodernization. After the substantive part there was a discussion among the guests.
The catering service was provided by the company Michał Doniek, Mała Gastronomia „ZAPIECEK”.
We invite all interested parties to the next, 2nd Information Conference summarizing the project „Thermal modernization of public utility buildings and installation of solar installations on public facilities of the Skała Commune”, which will take place in February – the date of the Conference will be announced after agreement with the Contractor.
